For 20 years we have specialized in device quality thin film deposition, and confidential research & development processing. We have built our reputation on our dedication to quality and customer service. Over the years the word has spread across the world. Now over 100 leading edge companies use our thin films and processes for everything from advanced semiconductor tool and process development, OEM standards, MEMS, medical-genome research, to actual device manufacturing.

Our thin films and processes are so reliable and consistent, major U.S. metrology tool manufacturers uses us to build their internal and external thin film standards. We have often been called "the Industry Standard" in thin film processing. In 2005  we were awarded ISO/IEC 17025 Accreditation from NVLAP / NIST lab code number 200669-0. Now in 2008 after the successful launch of our NIST traceable Calibration Standards product line PSI Standards in 2004, the company's thin films without question are the true "Standard in the Semiconductor Industry."
