December 7, 2006: Process Specialties Displays its PSI Standards product line in the Hakuto booth at SEMICON Japan. At the show we introduced two new PSI Standards product lines, Dual Thickness Metal Standards and Dual Thickness Step Height Standards to the Japanese Semiconductor industry. These new products will revolutionize the way metrology tools are calibrated.

July 14, 2006: Process Specialties Displays its PSI Standards product line in its new booth at Semicon West. At the show we introduced two new PSI Standards product lines, Dual Thickness Metal Standards and Dual Thickness Step Height Standards to the Semiconductor industry. These new products will revolutionize the way metrology tools are calibrated.

April 7, 2006: Process Specialties congratulates veonis Technologies the exclusive distributor of Process Specialties NIST traceable calibration standards in the EU, for successfully introducing the PSI Standards product line to the European Semiconductor market, at its very impressive booth number 316 in the A-1 hall, during the Semicon Europa 2006 show.

March 31, 2006: Process Specialties invites you to visit the veonis Technologies booth at Semicon Europa 2006. veonis is the exclusive distributor of Process Specialties' NIST traceable calibration standards product line PSI Standards in the European Union.
