In 1997 Process Specialties developed the first production 300mm LPCVD Nitride and Poly Silicon systems. As of 2007 we have processed over 120,000 wafers through our Nitride and Poly Silicon systems. In total Process Specialties has successfully processed over 700,000 300mm wafers through various operations.
